Attention Scryed Fans! Bandai's Worst dub yet!

It has recently been released on the ANN (AnimeNewsNetwork) that Steven Jay lum AKA David Lucas (Spike Speigal, Rogar Smith, ect...) Has been casted for the voice of Kazuma. Is it just me or does anyone else find this complete and utter bull and that bandai has stooped to a new level of bad dubs.

i dont think hed be a HORRIBLE kazuma ..... but .. i think scryed w*ould be an overly tough anime to dub right anyway ...

you've gotta remember the transitions the charecter goes through in the animne .. pretty much all the main charecters .. their tone of voice .. and feelings behind their words and actions, continually change throughout the anime, never mind the subtle differences in the dialects between the mainlanders and the ones from the outer regionms (mainlanders tended to sound more formal in speech while as the outlanders were alot less formal i believe in dialect) and frankly ... the VA's we have around here .. arent really good at these types of things ... I dunno, it just seems that Kazuma is too angry and hot tempered all the time, whereas the guy who does Spike's voice seems to do a better job playing the mellow character.

I didn't really like Scryed all that much, I couldn't make any sense of it. One second some water girl is using her alter to whip Kazuma's ass, then she's saying she loves him.

WTF???

True, we only saw like, three of the later eps, but.....

True, we only saw like, three of the later eps, but.....

that water girl appeared earlier in the series, before she was pressed with new powers .. she mentioned a couple of times that she was starting to get attached to him ....
