By this point, I have grown numb to the waiting. In this altered state of mind, I can see infinity. The boundless, incomprehensible fabric of time and space is mine to behold. I can see the past, every occurence ever documented, and many that were not. I can see every potential future. The branches of possibility that stretch from every choice, no matter how meager, continue into the void, and I alone can see it, and even to begin to consider the possibility that I MIGHT understand some of it.
What does it all tell me, you may ask? What do I see for our world, our people, our reality, written in the tapestry of infinity?
I would assume, buddy, that the fact that I am sitting half-naked in a filthy alley chugging cheap vodka would give you all the answer you need.
