But I can't really say that I will stop selling them. The only way that will happen is if he stops selling them to me.

As this kind of thing is likeley to happen again in the future (given the fact that AMVs look more and more like professional videos), and not only on ebay, shouldn't we start thinking about a section on this site to "deal" with that kind of stuf...
I mean, useful links, and ways to complain, etc...
Something like the forum rules :
"If a newbie posts in the wrong forum..."
but more like :
"if someone sells AMVs, ...
1 - explain to him what's wrong with that
2 - email judge.dread@animemusicvideos.org
etc...
"
Also, suggesting AMV creators to put a text saying :"this is some fan art, it shouldn't be sold at a higher price than the cost of the CD/DVD ,..."

I contacted the high bidder with an e-mail, but I did not get a reply back.
I think I'll send e-bay a message soon. (I think if they get a lot, they will act on it.)

Sales on eBay have a time limit, and this item's deadline was a few hours ago.
So the highest bidder HAS now to buy it (26$)

no..usually if the auction end as planned..you can still go to the listing and see it..it will just show that the auction has ended..show you the high bidder and whatnot...but you should still be able to see the auction. The only times I know of that it will show as invaild is if the seller cancels the auction or the listing has been pulled.
