Basically, what is says is that you must own the CD or a copy of it (I'm assuming a copy, but the real thing is best), then it's OK, but most people use downloaded music anyways, there's almost no way to verify the legitimacy of the person's word. I really only listen to what I have and what other people recommend. I usually download a few songs to see if i like the band or album, then I might go out and buy it depending on how I like it, many people do this.Pulo Katsumi Yoshimoto wrote:You can't use downloaded music to make your MV......???Downloaded from here?Cuz I always use music downloaded from a peer to peer software,is this OK?

Welcome to the org, hope you have a good time here.
Sorry i can't help you out wiht the video questions too much, but as far as i know no ones going to cruixify you for not owning the music or video footage, however it's ethicaly.moraly correct ot own the footage and audio your using to make this AMV. But one of the problems with downloaded music i've run into is when peopel jsut get lazy and use a very shitty copy ... then it just gets bad when all you hear is static and fuzzy video that has fansubbing in it. But good luck with your Video projects.

no one's going to know if you downlaoded it or not, as long as the quality is 192+
I mean it's frowned apon, and I don't do it myself, but don't be worried. It's not like the piracy police will knock on your door or you'll get banned. Just try not to talk about it too much as it offends some people.
