I am looking for info on music from a commercial

I heard this recently on an American Express commercial and cant find out if it is a musical piece or not.

Don't know if it's the one that you're looking at since it keeps crashing my browser, but there is an American Express commercial that has the perfectly mediocre Fear Factory covering Gary Nueman's Cars.
