ahh then that makes a little more sense

and as for mutants being humans, a real live judge declared that the mutants are not human. Marvel argued to the judge that mutants weren't human to be able to ship them with cheaper tax costs. (dolls have higher taxes than toys...cause they represent humans) So....they're not HUMAN!!!
