Trigun and Rurouni Kenshin release dates

I need to know that date of release on tv of Rurouni Kenshin and Trigun. I need to know the date they released them on Japanese Tv. Thanks if you can tell me.

Um you need an exactl date or so you just need a year as an estimate?

I can tell you Trigun aired in Japan in 1998 sometime but I don't knwo day or month.

Kenshin I am not entirely sure when exactly it premiered in Japan.

Hope that helps a little though.

Rurouni Kenshin STARTED airing in Japan in the 1996 and went for a good 95 episodes. Trigun sometime in 1998 as someone stated. Funny since they're essentially the same show

At least for Kenshin, the manga and TV series went in parallel. Given, the Manga started a *bit* earlier so that they'd have something to animate, but for the most part that's how anime works.

Curiously, why do you need this information anyway? It might be a lot quicker to just type it into google and search.

See me and my cousin are just wanting to know because we were wondering which one was made first. We didn't know so we thought someone here would.
