help! I need to enter in my amv but...

Okay well basically I have an amv ready to be uploaded but...when I enter the information in such as the song name, artist, and the anime used...it disappears after I click continue. So it's as if I didn't choose what I needed to. some help please? I try my best to give the info but it won't accept it somehow... O_o;;

If you click the back button, chances are it's gonna do that, plus you gotta select your stuff and click the "add" button to add it, then move on
