That 12 year old kid deserved to be pepper sprayed, the cop was acting well within his rights....no seriously..I read the article on it, and the kid wasnt sprayed for jay walking, it was for resisting the officer and physically threatening him. And I know youre gonna ask now , but its just a 12 year old? Well, this was some kind of freak 12 year old or something that was really big, the article I read gave his weight and height, it was like 5 8 and 150 pounds or something.
