DeadAIM is no longer free

As the topic stats the DeadAIM is no longer freewhere. You must now pay a 1.50 to get it.

Yes, it is free ware. I don't think many people can grasp the logic behind the charge for download (after reading through at that site). The $1.50 is to cover the cost of bandwidth usage, not to make money of the program. You can still download it for free off of any site that is willing to give up some of thier bandwidth for you to download the latest updates.

don't worry aobut it i don't sue it either .. but apparantly AIM is a instant messenger application ... jsut like ICQ and MSN messenger ... except it's suppsoed to be a good oen ... i jsut don't talk to people so i don't know.

I heard of a program that can link with all the different messaging services. Basically, you could talk with people using AIM, ICQ, etc. with only one program. Is this what DeadAIM is?

AIM is short for AOL Instant Messenger

oh AOL ... i don't really liek it too much .. never used it but i dont liek it ... bastards keep sending me CD's ... at least send me floppys that i can reformat!

but i'd rather use mental telepathy then MSN ... or ICQ or AIM ...

you dont have to use AOL to use its messenger, you couldnt catch me fucking dead using there shit. except for its messenger but i only use it bc most of the amv community uses it

naw, you missed it .. i jsut don't like talkign to people ... this is pretty different, it's just a buliten board ... it's not a realtime conversation. I can take my time responding and not get yelled at.
