New York was awesome...the people in my group sucked...

Yes, that is me. I didn't get mugged. However, my friend and I were pulled aside by subway security because we both went through the gates with only her ticket. I left my ticket in the hotel room. After he got through yelling at us, threatening to put my friend in jail because she didn't have her I.D. and threatening to give me a huge fine, I had to get an earful from my friend's mom. She's a LOT worse than the security guard...

I also went right outside the hotel late at night with a couple of my friends. They were thinking about yelling out this inside joke in the middle of the street, but they were too chicken. I went out in the middle of the street and yelled it! You can't miss an opportunity to yell like a madman in New York!

...and I didn't get laid...

well, that's a decision that you will have to face all your life. you had a chance and you didn't take it.

you won't regret it though. having sex in New York is like having sex with all of New York, and you never know if that security guard is one of the people.
