Server addy changed, but can't edit link info to match

Here's a basic breakdown of my problem. My hosting switched it's IP block and me in all my cheapness, never got a true domain name and went with only using a my IP for my site. Now that the IP have changed I'm trying to update all my videos, but after I edit the link and click the "commit edit" button and it does it's thing the link remains the same. It happens the same way for every link I've tried to correct . I've tried this on several different computers. ranging from NT to XP

and I'm pretty much out of ideas...

Anyone got any suggestions? I'd more than happy to try them.

Try deleting the current link you have listed and add a new one.

First though get a free domain name @ a place like

www.no-ip.org

That way this won't happen again.
