I seriously DO think they are the worst band in the world. I wish there was some kind of glam rock/hair metal revival, because I'm tired of all the bands that are around today just singing about how miserable their lives are, and how much they want to die. Megadeth could still be kicking Metallica's ass if they were still around. I have a feeling the 80s are coming back in style, and their coming sooner that later! (Thinks about growing his hair long and wearing a leather jacket and a Motley Crue or Winger T-shirt). Alot of today's rock is shit, Classic rock and 80s rock is the bomb, though! Long live glam!

Worst band? Nah. Far, far from it. Ride The Lightning is an excellent album. All their stuff before the Black Album is consistently good. The Black Album is decent. And then they have a sprinkling of good songs over the rest of their albums: "I Disappear", "Hero Of The Day", "Whiskey In The Jar"... Sounds like a pretty good band to me.

Metallica DOES suck monkey dick. All their stuff is pure garbage. I'm tired of today's metal. I can't wait for the day when glam metal comes back. Twisted Sister, Ratt, Poison, Winger, Stryper, Skid Row, Mr. Big, Warrant, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Motley Crue, etc.

Err... there's a lot of good metal today. Don't just lok at the stuff that's mainstream, most mainstream metal sucks ass.

Metallica unlike those "glam" band you speak has actually survived to this day. S&M live has to be one of the best albums I have ever heard. Personally I think glam killed rock in the 80s, especially the "ballad".
