Eva- waited for a dvd release since about 2000 (wont see the whole release until about 2014, so im screwed)
Nadesico - waited for about 4 years (only just had dvd 2 released)
Trigun - still no british release yes waited a while for that aswell
oh man ... and i thought my 6 weeks was bad ... maybe you'd be best off if you started trusting e-commerce ... because it seems that the UK is anime impaired ...

Well....what can you do?

Thanks AD for the link, I really need something like that.

Excel Saga is damn funny. Best comedy series I've seen- better the more other anime you've seen. And the English-language DVD releases actually *add* to the experience by doing all this on-screen notes about stuff that you'd never normally notice. Very good, in my opinion.

I have never waited for something to comeout i just kinda paruse the anime section of a store and if i have money I'll buy something and if I like it then I'll get whatever else is availible. but i don't mind the wait it makes some things more enjoyable.

As for if the release the Revival of Evangelion stuff here in the U.S. I think if your going to buy it as a box set and already own the first box set then donate that to the org so phade can sell it on E-Bay for money twords the Golden Donut.

ok why did they rename my thread? it's not about my eva box set ... it's about waiting for bloody special orders ...

by the way AtomicWeezleman, maybe you'd be better of fjust waiting for the Eva renewal to come out in North America and jsut ordering it from us. Because unless they plan on turning over a new leaf for the anime scene in the UK with the eva renewal i can see you waiting a very long time.
