A cease and decist is just a warning. They'd probably wouldn't take actions right away, they'd let us get off with a warning.

Let's not be so pessimistic though. I think that as long as no material is being sold or shown on TV they couldn't care less. Allthough having AMV's go local wasn't probably the brightest of moves.

Don't call me a doomsayer though. Local AMV's are great, I love the concept. It's just that it could turn out rather nasty with all the cashjunk companies these days.

Well if they went local and the server was confiscated then any and everyones info thats on the server is theirs. and you know what that means.

if they got at hos server basicaly the words were saying right now on top of all the hosted vids are theirs. hunting down everyone here wont be that hard.
