Is there a file size limit to submissions? Just curious since I'm new here. Thanks in advance.

It depends on what you're speaking of when you say submissions. If you're talking about the Golden Donut/Dangling Carrot, then the limit is 100MB per video. If you have your own hosting and you're just providing a link on the Org, then there's no file size limit.

Be warned, however, that a large number of people don't have blazing fast connections and aren't going to be to apt to download something bigger than around...50-60 megs. Unless it's really good.
