I think people notice. I notice. And then some people just forget about other members. And then others notice and don't care. Something or other like that.

N one notices unless someone mentions it. Then a big deal is made. Especially if they were forcively removed.

People seem to care when leave every once and a while. Mostly just people I know. Like jon or fyrt. I do notice when people leave too, which is very unfortunate but every once and a while a cool n00b joins.

there are a lot of people who posts a lot but i'm on and off irregularly so it doesn't really matter to me 'cause i don't get to know people that well either, but when i did spend a lot of time on teh forum, i did miss those people that left.
