email phade again... he must have missed the request.

He's removed one opinion on a video of mine before because someone gave me all 1s because the video wasn't available for download.

Confusing? Let that formula of (# reviews * usefullness) = Review Weight (RW)

Say a vid has 2 opinions, by member A with RW of 1000, and by member B with a RW of 100, so the average score would be

Average scores = [ (Member A Score)*1000 + (Member B Score)*100 ] / (1000+100)

Hmmm. Hey, this encourages more useful reviews too.

I thought that that was the idea of the "Karma" system that Phade promised. Maybe I was wrong, but that seems lovely (especially since I have more than enough reviews + usefullness to make my reviews count.)

Yeah, I remember another 'tard did that to Gothakane's first video. Won't name names (dun wanna start a flame war), but the moron gave her almost all 1s because they didn't like her song choice

I think it's kind of bad we have a "ranking" system at all. I mean it's nice to find the "good" videos and whatnot, but you get crap like this. Kind of odd that he did this for a video he didn't even make. I usually see creators do this to each other so that the said video will drop out of the top 10% and they can be higher.

It's so sad that something so trivial means so much to people. Competition is good and all, but well...this is an internet site devoted to a geeky sub-culture of an already geeky sub-culture (sigh).

We should all counter and give him good reviews

J/K...well unless your video is really awesome and deserves it

Creator I'm not sure how to respond to this reivew as your scores totally contradict your words.

It looks like this person was under the impression that 1 = Best and 10 = Worst. Either that, or they have a sick sense of humor
