No... Mr. Oni is just a useless, hate-filled and horrible person. He is a shame of the nation and this is just typical of his endless, pointless and braindead statements. I share your sentiments that Mr. Oni is not funny (even though he thinks he is... but that just don't make it so) and he does indeed suck the big one... if I may be so bold as to use your words.
