I heard rumors on Animenation.net that it was licensed. Anyone know the facts about this?

As far as I have heard, no.

However, with the summer con season sneaking up it is possible that it has been licensed and an annoucement forethcoming from some company.

If it is, it took them fricking long enough to notice its existence. It started airing in 1998, so it's been almost half a decade since. :D One of my friends has been clamoring for a Ninja anime other than Naruto to watch too. :D
