I think it is the Hadou Ken from the Street Fighter II movie. With all the lightening aroung Ryu and Ken is the coolest charge I have seen yet.

only attacks i've seen that have actualy been called a chi attack was on love hina ... when motoko goes balistic on kietaro ... which is about ever 3 minuites. But if all energyish type attaks are chi attacks ... tehn problaby something from dragon ball z that goku did ... one thing that show was good for was really cool looking attaks. but id can't remember any of the atacks ... haven't watched that show in ages....

Prolly one of the many, many attacks performed in X. That fight at the end of Volume 3 is a prime example. Plus, you must admit no matter how much you don't like dbz, the first time Vegeta does Final Flash in Trunks Acends when he's fighting Perfect Cell is fucking BADASS.
