For all those saying BLOOD, at least write the main character's name instead of the anime's name. It's Saya, although I admit BLOOD sounds like a better name for such an repugnant protagonist.

I said blood cause her name didn't come to mind right away, I had complete brain fart thinkin just of those three. Names included.

And I took the original post as someone looking for badass females. Not just evil. Badass can be good or bad. Wolverine is badass but on the good side, doesn't mean he won't kill ya. I say the same with Saya. She actually didn't care for humans either. She pushed people out of her way violently and I'm sure everyone remembers she almost broke that guys jaw/face in the beginning.

You can also include the Cammy from Street Figher V series.

from ninja scroll you have the 2 devils of kimon(e?) The one thaqt makes corpse bombs, and the one with snakes.

Then you have Trigun, the first Gung-ho gun vash fought ... girl with the demon eye or what ever ... you can probalby get some good footage from that fight scene. Then theres the nebraska family, the mother who's tossing her sons as cannon balls, well thats kinda funny evil ... but you can get some serious footage from that too if you tired.

At the moment thats all i can think of. Unless you want to go using sailor moon where most of the villians i remember were women, or somewhat femminen monsters.
