I'm sorry, I'm so tired I'm getting confused very easily. I was checking out some e-mails, and have been getting a lot of creepy ones. It's weird because I just created this e-mail account, and am getting so much spam!!!

Anyways, doesn't the "TO" part have to have my e-mail?

Sometimes it isn't b/c it keeps you from contacting other members on the mailing list. I think some ML programs offer it...

No. Email headers are easily faked. If you want to ensure authentication, go use PGP or something.

They probably used bcc'ed you and needed to put someone as a recipient so they put themselves so that no one else that got the e-mail knows who it was sent to.

I've had this e-mail address for about 5 days now.

And all I use it for is the forums, nothing else... -_-

I get e-mails from Japan... o_0

Yes, some actually say from Japan.
