I'd say gettign in the top 10% on this site is an acomplishment.
So in other words, one part of the community is waging war on another part of the community because they take their community seriously enough to want to do so. Then they tell the powerless side to get over the loss cause it's just an online community. I'm glad people make so much sense." -- Tab

Well suppose if a vet is someone who's been editing since the 80s and therefore must be quite old, that would leave only a small handfull of people
Actually, I think a Veteran may be anyone who's gone through the process of making AMVs for the past few years atleast. I think one thing to keep in mind is popularity or winning contests has nothing to do with being a Veteran of something...
Quite frankly, if you stick with creating AMVs long enough and your still arouind, you'll be a vet sooner or later... That's how it works with war vets anyway... I think in the end it means "Seasoned" in that profession.

In order to become a veteran you must become very very bitter to newbies and walk around cons with a stick, the whole time saying things like "these kids today..." and "in my day... we didn't have After Effects!"

Oh... really? Hey, guys, how about a little review-ski for my DDR video, eh?Castor Troy wrote:You know how easy it is for anyone just to get 10 of their friends to give their video all 10's right?
