Scripting Languages

Wheres a good place, when i say good i mean a webiste that makes it easy to learn PHP, ASP JSP and CFML? ive been meaning to add php or some scripting language to my site do you know why,,, do you really really really wanna know why...

Because i feel inferior with HTML damnit, im a programmer, any and all help will b appreciated

i heard of a program claled phpNuke, do u by any chance know what it does? im guessing its like a dreamweaver prog for php but i dled it and cant get it to work, my apache and php are installed, and working but it see's .php files as an unreachable extension of somesort

im also wondering about PHPBB? what is that exactly, my clan for blizzard games has a phpbb forum, is it open source forum code? or more like a service that someone charges $$$ for?
