I live in Canada, too. Though, don't go to Ontario, come to British Columbia. Home to University of British Columbia (UBC), which the tuition is under $10,000, I think. Since this is in Canadian dollars, you won't have to pay much, then, and UBC is one of the finest universities in the world.
