I know this probably doesn't count, but Lady Luck from MGS 2, she wasn't a fuckin poser. I was scared of her the first time I saw her come in to the game, I was like "shit, I hope I don't have to fight her now."

If your such a Chauvinistic pig who can't take a girl with a gun seriously then I guess you would only see them as posers. To confused at the aspect that a girl might have a personality rather then just be a sextoy.

As for Bad Ass, I guess you never saw Chloe. She’s cold hearted, powerful and dark as all shit.

My problem with Noir was that they were just looking for cool scenes and not even trying to be realistic with most of the shooting and fighting scenes. There is a difference between being damn good and just being fake. I can understand if say Vash shot 5 bullets at the same time and it seemed like on shot but that is because he is a plant, no way a human with a normal gun could do those kind of shots. Also I agree on the no blood thing although yesterday on the first dvd I think that I might have possibly have seen a bullet hole in one of the mens jackets, but that night have been a glitch.

Well there's also a few supernatural girls with guns as well. The one that jumps to my mind the quickest is obviously Major Motoko Kusanagi from Ghost in the Shell - Stand Alone Complex. She's definately not someone who'd just stand around and shoot. One of the most common scenes that I've seen in GITS-SAC AMVs is of her jumping off a building. If that's not a scene in defiance of the male supernatural gunslingers, I don't know what is.

The scene right befor it is one of her landing on a rooftop and then rushing up to a terrorist and somersault kicking him in the face in slo-mo while he's firing at her, the guy tries to escape then by jumping to another rooftop, she aims and blows his left foot off with her pistol. Then comes the afore-mentioned jumped and she lands on the terrorist's gun-hand. Just because she's not using a magnum pistol doesn't mean it isn't deadly. Guns kill people, have some healthy respect for them please. The words that she then says in response to the terrorist when he complains about there being no justice in the word reeks of badass. So yeah, to sum up, she's no poser.

I'd personaly perfer a .50 AE desert eagle ... but thats jsut personal precerence ... i also was wondering, ive seen teh name alucard being thrown around on this topic, the only ohter place i've seen that name was in Castelvania: Sympony of the Night. I suppose that this has nothing to do with that game, so would somone please tell me what anime Alucard is from?

heh well u said taht faye is a poser...don't see how taht's true with her complete additude problem, she scares spike and jet shitless half the time, anyway noir is another good example and Dirty Pair is sorta, not much good shooting though. and what about gundam? all gundams had guns...the women kicked ass there, same goes for nadesico.

Everyone would want the .50 AE, of course, but that's almost too much handgun.

As for Alucard, the explanation for that is probably as simple the name Dracula spelt backwards
