Iv come here to ask someone who watch dubs a question

Yo ho,hi,folks

Well anyway I was wondering if anyone could tell me about the Vandread Dub.If it is anygood or no......Listen up you subbers,sont do me the favor of flipping your dvd audio selection for me.I want someone who "LIKE" Dubs and dont look down on them.And if anyone on suggest this "Your Better off watch'n the Sub" Line I'll pass on that.I only watch subbed anime if I havent Hit the USA shores yet

Saw the Vandred Dub, was just released here recently,
the dubbing wasnt' that bad, the DVD itself was pathetic, i'm thinking i would of had a better quality purchase if i bought the bootleg version.

btw, incase your wondering if i did try to find the oldest possible post to reply to.. you might be right..

Well I have all the dvds and I havent noticed anything wrong with them. the big thing with the dub is that hibiki is played by the guy that did the voice for rick hunter in robotech. But the dub sucks! Dita does not sound cute enough and Pai way does not say pai check and dammit these things are important.

Yeah the dub isn't too bad... but it does lack Dita's "Uchuuji-san!" and I was surprised how much of a difference that made. That and the episode about Meia with the song "What a wonderful world" at the end was changed to... ...something else in the dub, what's with that?
Overall it's not unbearable and in most cases you can't ask for more than that.
Final rating "3 1/2 stars" (In general I am biased towards subs, so you might want to make a note)

On another note, I was extremely disapointed with the DVDs. No Extas... at all. I'm sure they've seen there fair share of hate mail because of this.

Did you get the Virgin release?
The lack of extras didn't bother me nearly as much as the lack of chapters

I really liked the dubbing in this anime. I can watch it dubbed or subbed both ways are good for me.
