Questions about Star Ocean EX and Arc the Lad(the anime)

Are either one of these animes any good? I enjoyed Star Ocean 2 and the Arc the Lad games a lot so will I like these shows?

Star Ocean EX wasn't bad, but storywise it wasn't as good as the game (seeing as it stopped halfway through...). I've yet to see Arc the Lad, but I've only heard that it's decent at best... ::sigh:: Anybody know of any good video game based anime?

Does Zone of Enders, Dolores i count? If it does, then that's the best one.

It's the only anime I know of where a giant mecha shouts 'ecchi ecchi ecchi!" at a 1/100th of their size human.

i like ZoE: Idolo... it was the first anime to make me cry repeatedly.

i've yet to see the other ZoE OVAs, but yea, i recommend Idolo at least.

i i got a dcd of arc the lad. its really good. have not seen star ocean ex whats hte story like?

Dolores, i is not an OVA, it's a 26 episode (at least) series. *waits for local Best Buys to hurry up and stock Volume 3* I consider it to be as good as Vandread.

It's a very unique and different series.
