I couldn't be BOTHERED wading through the avalanche of bullshit in the thread "The Truth about SpPanda" or whatever, only to post my opinion. But I'll post it here.

Nice job Phade. Brilliant job. If you could've fucked up in any bigger a way, I would've been absolutely astounded. I actually thought you were a decent site admin, the exception to prove the rule. But, once again, my judgement was misguided. SpPanda is(was?) probably one of the most productive and thought provoking members of this Org, but that didn't stop him from being banned. Hold on, aren't we forgetting someone. Thats right, NicholasDWolfwood, the 11 year old who must get up at a fucking sparrows fart so he can troll the boards and flame the shit out of anyone he damn well pleases. I should know, I was his prime target at one point. This, therefore, begs the question: What's the reason he's still here and someone who can actually hold an intelligent conversation is given the non-respectable boot. Why, Phade? So you can capitulate to the demands of society by not banning an 11 year old? Why would you even bother?

An even better point. NDW doesn't even make good music videos!! Neither do I, but the difference between us is that I don't claim to be gods gift to the AMV community, and he does. SpPanda on the other hand makes some of the best videos I've ever seen, and anytime he has an opinion, he puts it forward in clear and concise terms, and in (relatively) mature form. So, I ask once again, WHY?

I think this board is corrupt. There's an obvious group of favourites here, and I don't give a shit whether I'm a Prince or a peasant, because I'd rather chew broken glass than associate with people who abuse their power and should know better. The antics of the Mods and some members on this site is fucking disgusting. You can't even breathe without getting a [MOD ###: BLAH FUCKING BLAH BLAH BLAH IM OBVIOUSLY A POWER-MAD PRAT WHO BELIEVES THE EDIT FUNCTION IS THERE FOR ME TO FUCK OVER PEOPLE WITH BLAH BLAH BLAH]

Lets get one thing straight. I had respect for you, Phade. I thought you knew what you were doing. Now, I'm not so sure.

And something else. I dont give a rats arse whether this post is out of place. If you have a complaint (anyone this is) then I don't want to hear it. Go spend 40 cents and call someone who might give a shit.

It's pretty clear that Phade has made up his mind on the issue.
This should be a private issue between Phade, his mods, SpPanda. I wouldn't expect Phade to comment on it.

If people begin tearing the forums apart screaming to get Panda back, what do you expect Phade to do?
To me I see a petition to get SpPanda back, but then I see the same people who are for it, break the rules when voicing their opinions! For that reason I can't take it seriously and so I won't sign it.

Don't give Phade a reason to shut down the forums. It's a privaledge not a right.
