Yep, I don't think SPanda is really that bad of a person and I think he tires to have fun, but I also think he does go overboard and sometimes it goes too far... Personally I think it's fine to joke around and so but you have to draw the line in how far you go or else you get on people nerves..I think this is what happened here in the second ban... SpPANDA is a bud and all, but he tends to get too worked up about things. He views himself as a fun guy, and he wants other people to have fun too, but when he gets criticised, instead of taking a step back and letting the issue have a little rest, he tend to go overboard on his reactions which is what got him into trouble here.
I'm kinda bummed about the second ban, not that I see it as unfair, I really have no opinion one way or another, I just happen to like SpPANDA. But the ban isn't permanent, and I'm sure SpPANDA will be back.

Im my opinion if people want to help these individuals, let them work things out since it is between the two of them and we really shouldn't keep sturing the pot and pocking into it here since it could make things worse....
