SpPanda: Setting the record straight...

This is the only time I will post about this whole ordeal, since I think I might as well say what I want about it.

I like SpPanda. At first, I hated him, becuase he just spammed all the time. But he makes good AMVs, he's nice to me in the chat rooms, he makes sense logically with most things he says, and he's all around, for the most part, agreeable.

Here's the problem though, and I told him this last night. animemusicvideos.org is Phade's PERSONAL web site. When most people think "personal web site" they think something like a page with black text on white background and a picture with some text that says "Hi, my name is Joe, and I like rocks." or something. Maybe some links. Anyway. Moving on, Phade's personal web page just happens to be "the org", with a big database and a monstrous forum. Fair or not, justified or not, Phade can do WHATEVER HE WANTS with his PERSONAL web page, and nobody has any right to say he shouldn't. It's like telling someone not to write on their monitor with a sharpie, or not to poke holes in their clothing. If they wanna do it, it's their property, they can damn well do it.

In closing, I say Dan is a good guy, but he needs to mature just a bit. and not take things so hard. Everyone has feelings, and maybe he got a little carried away with them. Nobody knows but him.

Way to go fade. Now would you kindly explain the banning reason again? this time with a few more specifics? and logical rational reasons other than 'trouble making'? If you will go back and look at the record, Panda is one of the most upstanding members of the forum, never have I seen him in a flame war with a fellow forum member. Meanwhile you let people like NDW stick around who basicaly camp a forum and call people a moron every chance they get.

well I guess I am the one here that actually wants panda back and think he was wrongly banned, how quickly the tides turn. Suddenly because fade makes a post it must be taken as fact? "well fade said it it must be true!" Look at what he said. "trouble making" no specifics, no real REASON. it's like arresting a person and charging him with breaking the law, it's repetitive, redundant, and circular reasoning. What it ISN'T is a legitimate reason for panda's banning.

Don't get me wrong. I want Panda back and I think it wasn't really fair this time around for panda but isn't really my buisness any more. I've tried to give Phade my input on the situation and whether or not or how he chooses to act on any of this information is his decision. As Garylisk said this is his site which he can do whatever he wants with it. I think I've stuck my nose in as far enough as needed, now I can only sit back and watch what happens...

Don't you at least want a semi-decent response? Is it that phade made a post so he must be taking it seriously and everyone else is intimidated by him?
