I would have no problem being a visible mod. I would admit my wrongs if there were any and I wouldn't do anything that I wouldn't want people knowing I did.

shit I'm here every chance I get. But the thing is, the mods can choose whether or not they want to be invisible, and if they know ahead of time they are goign to really be pissing people off then what does that tell you?

It appears that I was somwhat confused as to the full timeline of events.

There is a bit of a flashback/discontinuity on this page, which mixed me up a little.

Not that Phade getting pissed off and banning him again wasn't predictable.

Not much more in the way of answers to be found tonight, it seems.

i was banned a second time because Hsien Lee (kusoyaro) decided to insult me.
i heard he ripped on me pretty bad.
i was banned for HIS actions.
his actions are far greater than anything i did to get banned the first time.
so in other words...

not that much to say, there was a first and second, and we're protesting the second.

The issue wasn't the obtain part its the roms=warez part. Warez and roms aren't in my dictionary, I dont think its in sppanda's either. Hell I'm not ever sure what the definition is, something like files/programs that could be or are illegal, amvs could be, as are dvd rippers, mp3's and such all linked from this site...

And as you said a number of ppl admit to having/using or even asking about warez/DL animes/hentai's etc. and have gone unchecked, or givin a simple you can't do that here. Not a delete never existed, and you don't know why and if you post again I'll defamate you :O

My interpretation of this is not that Spp was banned for what Kusoyaro posted, but for creating this thread at all, and/or trying to dig up the old Attitudes thread. Spp obviously takes a different view.

Phade just plain got pissed off at SpP, IMO. Not a good thing, but like I said, predictable.

panda argued atthe begining of this thread and got the old thread unlocked by using logic with the inviso mod.
