i agree but it doen't look like phade is doing anything about it nor has any mod or phade himself said anything about this. According to panda, he talked to phade and phade ignored him without hearing his story. Now i will agree that this is in fact a privatly owned site and phade can pretty much do what ever he wants. in fact with my own site, i can do what ever i want. same goes with my forum. it's small so there isn't a lot of trouble. But if one of my mods did what the mod did when panda got banned the first time, i sure as hell want to know and i would've done something about it. but i don't know if phade did anything. I really don't want to take sides, but from the info i have and the lack of info, spanda looks innocent to me.

Ok, about the con issue. With the exception of the most recent ban, all of the people that have been banned are the ones LEAST likely to attend Cons (I.E. the Leesburg crew). You also forget the face to face factor. Before I met him, I thought JBone was the biggest dick in the world. Now, I am proud to call him a friend. I think, rather than a violent confrontation, what would most likely happen is a avoidance, if the mod was a dick to everyone. But this is just me. Honestly, I'm probably on the more "Insane" side of the population here (or at least my doc thinks I'm crazy...

) but I still am not nearly stupid enough to try to ruin my time, and other's time at a con. That would just be throwing money down the drain. But I can't speak for everyone, and I suppose there are those out there that take this stuff too close to heart.

What's worste is that phade's site is the only one out there like it. So he can bascialy say what's what and if someone wants to do otherwise well then they can't distro their vids or ask people about cons and contact with members of the comunity is restricted to e-mails and AIM. Bascialy an incovenience if not total exile. But then again phade knows this. And keeps it in mind whenever anything happens.
