urgh...I don't know how to word this...
is there any special way you're suppose to register a site to yahoo, or something?
I'm having a problem understanding how this is suppose to work out...cause I've registered before...but yahoo is linking to sites that don't exist and it doesn't even show a link when I search for the site that I built.
is there a program that does this?

If I am understanding this correctly, you are trying to make yoru site show up on a search engine for people to see, by typing in key words?
If that is the case, then I think it could be you are missing meta-tags. Meta-Tags are things you put in the <head> of the HTML document. That si where you type in key words, and what-not.
If you are using HTML, and what I said at the beginning is what you are having problems with, then go here. This might help.

Actually, due to meta tag abuse/spam, some search engines don't index them.
