Video Game Soundtracks

Anyone heard any good ones lately?

I've been thinking of getting the Xenosaga soundtrack since I love Yasunori Mitsuda's work. I have the Chrono Cross and Xenogears soundtracks already. As well as scattered Final Fantasy soundtracks and the Jet Set Radio soundtrack. Hmmm, I think I might have more but I can't think of them offhand.

What is everyone else's favorites?

Chrono Cross is my fav game ost, with xenogears and final fantasy tactics close behind. I suppose the ones that surprised me the most with how good they were, were the Star Ocean 2 OST (very good relaxing music), and the Guilty Gear X2 soundtrack (for those that like rock).

I'm definately about the classics... Early Nintendo themes performed by Orchestras... man the kirby theme and the castle of hyrule theme orchestrated just rules!

I love Kirby's level theme in Super Smash Bros. Melee. It is called Fountain of Dreams, and it is really good.

Another one I like would be 'Live and Learn' from the Sonic Adventure 2 soundtrack. I also enjoy music from the Zelda series. Great stuff.
