I have, but not udner a knife, under something that pulled out my adinoids (dunno if it's spelled correctly or not). Took me ana extra 3 hours to wake up, but other than that I've been forutnate. ALmost had to go under because of my shoulder, but they X-Rayed it and said it was normal (then why was I stil having pain?). Hopefully the next time I go under a knife is if it's manditory surgury...

Twice for me..

Once when I was a mere 6 years old I had my tonsils removed...

And more recently (as in 5 years ago) the wonderful plague that is wisdom teeth were removed....but I was awake for the whole thing cause it was cheaper.   It was pretty painful.

Close spelling. It's "adenoids", and that's fairly routine these days.

I had surgery on my chest when I was 4. To this day, I still have this huge freaking ugly scar going down the center of my chest :\

I have the fear of needles so every time I have to get a shot, I have to be held down.

I was under the knife once. But that was back home and the guy just wanted my walkman. Considering the time of night, I got off pretty lucky.
