real music videos versus Anime music videos

there are a lot of vidoes out there that have offical music vidoes for them
of course this is a very general question, but on the whole, do u like the ones here better? or the ones offically made?

Well, I would have to say that I like anime much better than anything that you could find on daytime television, that includes MTV. AMVs are more free, and versatile. I don't really have much urge to seen how many hoes you can have at one time, or how rich you are. I enjoy anime, and I enjoy the music videos. Also there are a lot more anime music videos to the kind of music I like.
This also kind of brings me to making anime into real life motion pictures. I don't really know what it is about some anime, maybe the articulation, or the story, that just makes it better. That, overall things, draws the line between live action music videos and anime music videos.

Without a doubt I prefer AMVs. Because we're using anime which often has a very wide range of emotions and unbelievable amount of unrealistic action. A clever editor can take that sort of source and really bring out the feeling of the music which can often be lots harder to express in real life. Sure jumping up and down and waving your hands around while singing synchs with the music but often times it doesn't seem to really express the feeling of the music that a medium like anime with it's practically limitless possibility for expression can. Just my opinion on that.

Yea, i know what you mean, I personally really hate MTV (or the Canadain MUCH music) music videos, espically rap vidoes (sorry for anyone who i likes them i just think they are all the same pieces of crap)

guys dancing with sluts and drinking and throwing about the *bling bling*
it sickens me

It's a simple answer in my head, More variety = better, you can find music videos ... lets see, HOW MANY FREEKIn LINKIN PARK VIDS ARE HERE? lol how many are on TV? i liked the AMV that the one band did with legos, it's not really a real MV because they animated legos, so yeah,

Bottom line is more variety here i like that better, sometimes i wish some of the vids would be televised, but thats a whole different forum topic

Dude... MTV hasn't played actual music videos all the way through for years.

MTV2 is much better, not that I've seen it more than a handful of times.
