Everybody's a MOD, it's just a case of if you try to mod. You see, most people here are good at MODing new members and or should a spam/flame war start out, some people will actually try to MOD the material being said by flaming the **** back at the lowly participators.

Society is suppose to moderate itself, when it can't, than the police has to step in, in this case, the police are teh MODs and Phade is their master, and although Phade doesn't openly particpate in MOD, he has set rules for this "society" to moderate itself.
