i don't know if this was suggested but maybe we should have things like :

~~~video of the week/month/year

~~~special video picks

or maybe we could have different level ratings so we know how good a video actually is without having someine think a pro video is a noobie video. (or the other way around)

or we could have recommended videos from certain people who deserve that privlage (please stop with the spelling errors) like people who gives the best opinions or people that have the most opinions or something

....just suggestions
although it would make this site a whole lot beter and more enjoyable
