What do you think is the strangest anime twist ever. I would have to say finding out that Vash and Knives are plants in Trigun. Thats just weird.

I was more emotionally impacted by spikes death in CB...however reading another thread put a new spin on that too lol....and not so much a twist, but the end of Eva was kinda....weird....lol I wouldnt want to wake up naked in an ocean of LCL after just having exploded into a puddle of orange goob

While I wasn't exactly surprised that Haruko was using Naota to pursue her own agenda the whole time, it still ticked me off. I distinctly remember mentally screaming "You utter bitch!!".

What was a nice twist for me was when Lain changed the world's memories and history to remove herself. I kinda liked that m'self.

I knew nothing about this show going into the first episode. So throughout the first episode I thought this was going to be a cute, fun, relationship/comedy anime title.

I was wrong, terribly, terribly wrong...

Episode nine was a bit of a twist. So soo sad, Saddest anime episode ever!!

couldn't agree more, who saw that coming, certainly not I. It was also the most upsetting, Bebop was a close second though.

Well this whole series is a twist... The plot is so random you never know where the story is going. The death of Touya particularly shocked me because at the time he was a rather important character. I didn't think he would come back after all those bullets pumped into him...

Excel Saga spolier

For me it would be around the last epiosdes where Ilpalazzo shot Excel. I mean, i found it amazing how they can make a utterly hilarious and silly anime and have one of the saddest scenes of anime (in my opinion). I was kinda expecting something like that would happen, Ilpalazzo doing something against Excel, but it was made so well
So sad...
I still watch that scene sometimes
