I haven't eaten anything substantial in four days and I still don't want to, it's my new weight loss program, be sort of depressed and lose all desire for food.

This is not laziness, that was my previous diet, as soon as I moved out of home and started not cooking I lost around 8 to 10 kilos and dropped a size or two. I don't do it to lose weight that is just a consequnece and quite frankly I don't mind I don't care about my weight regardless of whether it is high or low. The feeling it gives me though knowing that I have lost desire for food is pretty good though and its one I could live with.

I couldn't and wouldn't want to do it, I love food, I'm fussy about what I eat but you can't beat stuffing your face when you're starving
