I just read a post by red_pill, and im apalled at the nature of some of the replies. Personal attacks made against someone with dyslexia is not on. NicholasDWolfwood called him a retard and a few others joined in. That is lower than low. I find it hard to believe that anyone could be that cold and heartless, but i guess i do have a penchant for being proved wrong.

Words cant even convey how disgusted i am at the behaviour of those forum members. Christ, i may get pissed off alot, but i'd never call a person with dyslexia a retard. Can't the site moderators suspend their user profiles or something? That kind of abuse is unwarranted and shouldnt be tolerated.

There's a fine line between a bad joke and harassment. If you think these guys crossed the line, maybe you should leave a message in the mod drop box. I'll give 'em a message too, if you could direct me in the direction of where this took place?

I believe that whichever mod locked the topic and made his opinion did a very nice job putting the harassers in their place. I appreciate seeing justice, as from most of my forum experience I see a lack of appropriate punishment that does any good other than piss off whoever got the brunt of it. And I used to be a mod at several places myself and it's hard to do your job with constant jackasses keeping you busy, plus do a good job at it. My respect for the unknown has gone up.

If anything more, they could have a suspension, but I don't see it as necessary myself as they look like fools as it is.

i think it was locked because the mods don't want people like you to go around making up opinions about this kind of shit. jesus, if you're going to go for a self promotion do it with style, not rape the poor dyslexic bastard with cries of 'oh no! people are abusing him and laughing at him! you people sicken me!'. fuck off and die you lousy excuse for a concerned individual.

and although this topic was somewhat enlightening (i know now that klinky is a stuck up fuckass) i suggest that lyrs lock it. i'm sure that red pill wouldn't want the illiterate publicity.
