There are very few ways to get a video hosted for free. Many people make threads asking about it, most times they are simply ignored because the question gets asked so much.

Not many people have the capacity to host videos for people for free. The best way to get hosting is to either pay for a domain and a website, or set up your own server.

BTW, the image tags in your sig should be altered to read thusly.

However, both are too large for this forums sig image regulations. No more than 600 pixels wide and 40 pixels tall is the rule.
