Yeah I'm pretty much with Anime Jedi on this. But sometimes I come during the day and edit at night. And Premiere hates any other program with a passion (jealous bastard :x ) so I can't even run Explorer. Well I can, it just spits at me.

Whenever I'm on my comp I got this open in one of my many many windows.
The best effects are the ones you don't notice.
