A simple uninstall... Gone wrong.

:cry: ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS UNINSTALL AMVAPP!! WHY GOD, WHY?!!?!
I was uninstalling AMVapp, to reinstall it, and it prompts to delet the file on my desktop 'AMVapp' And I click yes... :cry:

IT DELETED EVERYTHING ON MY FUCKING DESKTOP!!!! My music, my pictures, my In-progress photoshop projects. :cry:

I officaially hate AD (nothing personal :wink: )

And thank GOD I put all of my anime stuff on another hard drive... Because that used to be on my desktop.

He posted something in Software Help about that flaw in the AMVApp. It will delete everything in the directory it is located in if you let the uninstaller delete it. He made a repaired version, but I suppose that's little help to you now.

Wow, that must really bite! Fortuntely, all I've got is a bunch of shortcuts on my desktop, so it wouldn't be much to replace it. But that sounds really weird, deleting everything in it's directory?!?! I'd say that's a pretty big flaw...
