I keep hoping I read it wrong, or the poster didn't know what they were talking about, but every time I see it, it's confirmed...and that's how it was ruined 3 times.

I dunno if I agree with that. You see, a gunshot wound to the gut kills a lot faster than a cut with a sword. So its quite possible that they both got each other just as well. But Spike took longer to die.
