Well, I sort of assumed (because you also didn't elaborate) that you were talking about downloading the Ayashi no Ceres episodes from someone on the net. This practice is generally not appreciated on these forums, from what i have seen. If you, by chance, were asking where to find Ayashi no Ceres music videos, then you obviously didn't notice the little place known as "animemusicvideos.org" on your way in. If, on the other hand, you were asking about downloads in general (i.e. wallpapers, sound clips, etc.) then there are much better places to find these than asking on an AMV forum (such as http://www.anipike.com).

Rule #1. a-m-v.org does not support pirating.

Downloading a couple of episodes to see if you like the anime though, is ok. But you sound like you're trying to gather up the whole thing, which is a no-no. If you want to do it, that's on you, but most people here aren't going to help you in your endevour.

Ayashi no Ceres is a liscensed title that you can purchase through most online anime stores. It is under the title Ceres: Celestial Legend, I suggest you do that first.

besides practiacly every anime in existence is available to buy these days, BUT what do the people think of using anime recorded off TV? cuz that is where I got my copy of macross plus, and a few others.
