i am trying to find an anime i saw once on scifi a few years ago....i gonna be skimpy on details cause i don't remember much...there are cyborgs that use HEROIN or some other needle drug for power. i don't remember anything else. sorry i don't remember more but it was like 5 or 6 years ago and o saw it one time...your help is greatly apreciated

Danny's guess of 8-Man After seemes to be correct, as it has "cyber-junkies" who must take stimulants to control their implants.
