Ok..noone really knows me so im sure this topic wont get alot of responses especially since if im known any its for DBZ videos and that seems to scare people around here. What i wanted to ask is which of these video ideas sounded best?It doesnt matter which you pick cause ill be doing them all at some point..thisll just tell me which to try first.Plus itll help me decide if its really worth the effort to hurry myself about them.Ok here are the ideas..id like suggestions on only on which to do first and also to know which song sounds better on one idea.
Goku Tribute-Yea..im sure some are you are freaking now.I just mentioned something to do with DBZ...but give it a thought. It will be to Metallica-Hero Of The Day focusing on both his life in DB and DBZ.Ive already worked on a few scenes in it and it looks pretty good with both lyrical and musical timing.Youll have to imagine it for yourself though i suppose.
Video Focusing On Forgoth And His Crew From Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust-The video will be set to Static X-Get To The Gone.I have the opening for this one done and its doing ok i suppose.I havent actually gotten far in thought for the video but itll mostly be all musical timing..maybe purely musical timing.
Vash Tribute-Heres one i need your help on alittle.Im trying to figure out which song to use for the video Metallica-Wherever I May Roam or Kid Rock-Only God Knows Why.Now before you go putting down either of the songs just looks at the lyrics alittle and think.I need help here..if all else fails i might try both.
Im asking now because right now i have to get my video editor fixed by doing lots to my computer so i have to save all my important things to disc and possibly restart the computer completly.I dont want to do it to soon...but im getting all these good video ideas so it might be soon. Thanks for help if anyone does help..

I would say that for your first video...don't make an actual AMV that you will be proud of or distribute. That might sound wierd, but listen. Go into whatever program you are using, and EXPERIMENT!!! Put in random songs, mess with audio a little. Then add in random video clips. In this case, use whatever video clips, even if they are d-loaded off the net or even someones elses clips. But basically get a feeling for the special effects that the program has. Also pratice transitions, and timing. Basically play around with it. Have fun. Get a good backround and feel for how the program works. Once you have done that, listen to the song you will do your real video to over and over again. (I would suggest making a timeline and lay out what clips you want where) Then make your video. I promise you it will come out much better. Trust me, I learned this the hard way. I made my first video right off to FF8. It was ok (but that was then) Then I did some experimenting, and I was like...wow...this sux. So I had to pretty much re-do it. But basically, experiment and have fun!! ^.^ \\//
